The agreement for using Fieri

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated August 2, 2026 Version 2026-08-02

These Terms form an agreement between you and Fieri for use of the Fieri mobile applications, websites, content, and related services.

Fieri is an AI reflection product for people age 16 and older. The future self is generated, not human. Fieri is not therapy, medical care, crisis response, or professional advice. Do not use it as an emergency service.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, selecting a control that references these Terms, or otherwise using Fieri, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and AI & Voice Notice. If you do not agree, do not use Fieri.

If you use Fieri for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. If the law where you live does not allow you to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them before you use Fieri. Fieri is not offered to anyone under 16. You may use Fieri only where the service is lawfully available and only in compliance with applicable law.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by Fieri's breach of duty. You may not transfer, sell, or share an account.

4. What Fieri provides

Fieri uses artificial intelligence to simulate a conversation with a future version of you, generate text and synthetic speech, identify possible themes, and help you record goals, reflections, or commitments. Features may change, be experimental, or be unavailable because they depend on network and third-party services.

Fieri does not promise a particular outcome, personal transformation, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that generated content will suit your situation.

5. AI output and human judgment

Generated responses are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, upsetting, or fabricated. The future-self character has no consciousness, feelings, professional license, independent memory, or personal knowledge beyond information made available to the system. A human does not review every response before delivery.

You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it. Do not use Fieri output as the sole basis for a significant financial, legal, employment, education, housing, insurance, medical, or safety decision. Report concerning output through the instructions on the Support & Safety page.

6. Wellness and emergencies

Fieri is for reflection and self-development. It does not provide medical, mental-health, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services and does not create a professional-client relationship. Features that detect possible crisis language are imperfect and are not monitoring services.

If you may hurt yourself or someone else, do not wait for Fieri. Call local emergency services. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988. Elsewhere, contact the emergency or crisis service available in your location.

7. Voice features and consent

Voice features may record audio, transcribe speech, and use a recording as a reference to generate synthetic speech that resembles you. You may submit only your own voice or a voice you have all necessary rights and legally valid permission to use. Do not impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or create sexual or exploitative content involving another person.

Microphone permission is separate from permission to process a voice sample. Review the disclosure shown before recording and the AI & Voice Notice. You may decline optional voice setup and use available text features. Revoking device microphone permission prevents new recording but does not by itself delete information already uploaded; use Fieri's deletion controls for that.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You give Fieri a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, process, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited retained copies described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and that doing so does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Fieri to:

10. Feedback and reports

If you provide product feedback, you permit Fieri to use it without restriction or compensation, but this does not transfer ownership of your private conversation content. Reports of harmful output may be reviewed and retained as needed to investigate, improve safeguards, document action, and comply with law.

11. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Before purchase, the app or store checkout will show the price, billing period, trial terms if any, and applicable renewal terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the platform that bills you before renewal. Deleting the Fieri app or account does not automatically cancel a platform subscription.

Apple App Store or Google Play terms govern billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods. Restore-purchase and subscription-management controls are provided where the platform supports them. Taxes may apply. Fieri will not change a paid recurring price without the notice or consent required by the billing platform and law.

12. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. By using a feature that sends content or audio, you direct Fieri to process that information as described in the feature disclosure and Policy. You can withdraw from optional processing by not using the feature and can exercise available deletion and privacy rights.

13. Fieri property

Fieri and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, and content supplied by Fieri, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, Fieri grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and service for lawful, non-commercial use.

14. Third-party services

Fieri relies on platform, network, AI, audio, authentication, storage, and payment services. Their terms may apply to your direct relationship with them. Fieri is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, or conduct, but remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Fieri or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal unless doing so would create risk or violate law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, retained-content limitations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

16. Service changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid service during a prepaid period, remedies required by law or the applicable store remain available. We may use updates to address security, safety, legal, or compatibility needs.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieri is provided "as is" and "as available." Fieri disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that Fieri or generated output will be accurate, safe in every circumstance, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieri and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, opportunities, or data, arising from Fieri. Fieri's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Fieri for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.

19. Resolving concerns

Contact support@thefieriapp.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory protections in your usual place of residence. Courts and regulators retain any jurisdiction provided by applicable law. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action where that right exists.

20. Apple-specific terms

If you obtained Fieri through Apple's App Store, you and Fieri acknowledge that:

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version and effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; when law requires affirmative consent, we will request it.
