You can request deletion from inside Fieri. If you cannot access the app, you can request help from the email address associated with your account.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Deleting a Fieri account also does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google.
Delete in the app
- Open Fieri and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning, continue, and enter the confirmation word shown in the app.
- Keep the app open until Fieri confirms the request.
This route is available without a paid subscription.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@thefieriapp.com from the email address associated with the account and write “Delete my Fieri account.” If you no longer control that address, explain that in the message. We may request limited additional information to verify the account and protect it from an unauthorized deletion request.
Do not send a password, one-time sign-in code, government ID, full payment-card number, or unnecessary conversation content.
What the request deletes
Fieri's account-deletion workflow is designed to revoke sessions and remove or de-identify:
- your Fieri authentication identity and account profile;
- conversations, messages, summaries, future-self information, goals, beliefs, pledges, insights, reflections, and sealed-note database records;
- account-linked voice profiles, voice samples, generated audio, avatars, and other account-linked object storage that Fieri can identify;
- notification-subscriber and Fieri-linked subscription-profile records; and
- other active database records keyed to your Fieri user identifier.
What may remain
Limited information may remain when necessary or technically unavoidable:
- a pseudonymous user identifier and deletion timestamps used to prevent silent account recreation and document completion;
- security, fraud, support, and legal records retained for a justified period;
- transaction records retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Fieri for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations;
- backups and expiring caches until overwritten under their normal schedules;
- AI observability records and some current or historical voice-processing references until their retention cycle or system reclamation completes; and
- aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Timing and confirmation
The authenticated in-app request marks the account for deletion, revokes access, and starts an automated erasure workflow. The workflow records durable intent and retries recoverable failures. Provider systems, caches, and backups may take additional time. Email requests begin after identity verification.
If an erasure step fails permanently, Fieri treats that as an operational incident rather than silently representing the request as complete.
Cancel a subscription separately
Before or after deleting Fieri, open the subscription settings for the store that bills you:

Delete specific information
Where an in-app delete control is available, you may use it without deleting the whole account. For access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or a category-specific request, email support@thefieriapp.com.
